OCC to host outdoor adventure film screenings

Orange Coast College plans to host an event Wednesday night for those who like climbing, cycling, ocean rowing and speed flying — or just like watching them on screen.

OCC is screening international outdoor adventure movies from the 35th annual Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival.

The screenings begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the campus’ Robert B. Moore Theatre, 2701 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa.

Tickets are $10 at the door, or $9 in advance, and can be purchased online at https://www.occtickets.com. They can also be purchased at REI stores in Tustin and Huntington Beach.
