Area 1
North Coast Highway: A woman was arrested for being under the influence in the 1400 block at 9:11 a.m. April 7. Authorities arrived at her house after a former tenant said she received an e-mail saying the woman was planning her death.
Circle Way: A sick sea lion was found on the beach near the 1300 block at 12:47 p.m. April 7. It was turned over to the Pacific Marine Mammal Center.
Divers Cove: A group of nine people were reportedly drinking and climbing rocks, avoiding large waves at the beach at 12:34 p.m. April 8. It turned out that drinking was not involved.
High Drive: A Seattle man was arrested on a suspicion of a DUI near Cedar Way at 2:21 a.m. Sunday.
Cliff Drive: A man was reportedly on a cliff, yelling at the ocean in the 600 block at 6:37 p.m. Sunday.
Cypress Drive: A man reported that his girlfriend, after hearing that he cheated on her, was throwing his clothing and his dog out the door in the 200 block at 7:26 a.m. Monday.
Panorama Drive: A hit-and-run causing $2,000 in damage was reported in the 400 block at 12:13 p.m. Monday.
North Coast Highway: A homeless person was reportedly cursing at customers at Starbucks and the Mobil station in the 100 block at 6:05 a.m. Tuesday.
North Coast Highway: A homeless man was reportedly playing guitar and the keyboard in the Starbucks restroom in the 100 block at 6:07 a.m. Wednesday. The caller indicated the man refused to leave the restroom with his instruments.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 800 block at 8:29 p.m. April 8.
Cozumel: A man was reportedly dancing naked in his window, where neighbors could see him, in the 100 block at 8:41 p.m. Sunday.
Laguna Canyon Road: A woman was reportedly intoxicated and stumbling into traffic in the 3200 block at 8:44 p.m. Tuesday.
Laguna Canyon Road: A drunk driver was reportedly driving the wrong way at 10:58 p.m. Tuesday. They were not located.

Wendt Terrace: A burglary was reported in the 800 block at 8:14 a.m. April 6. The person reported that someone snuck into their garage, after the door was left slightly open, and went into their unlocked car. The burglar stole a computer, calculator and briefcase from the vehicle. Estimated loss is $3,000.
Park Avenue: A cactus was reported stolen in the 500 block at 7:16 a.m. April 7.
Park Avenue: A homeless man was arrested for public intoxication at 11:07 a.m. April 8.
Ocean Avenue: A Trabuco Canyon woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 300 block at 12:12 a.m. Saturday.
Broadway: A homeless man was arrested for public intoxication in the 200 block at 12:57 p.m. Saturday.
Broadway: An Indio woman was arrested for public intoxication in the 200 block at 4:36 p.m. Saturday.
Glenneyre Street: A San Dimas man was cited for public excretion in the 800 block at 1:23 a.m. Sunday.
South Coast Highway: Two or three homeless men were reportedly smoking marijuana in the 200 block at 5:51 p.m. Monday.
Cleo Street: A woman reported that a man was following her and had grabbed her glasses and threw coffee at her car in the 300 block at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday.
South Coast Highway: A woman reported that a man had offered her a hotel room and asked for sex in exchange in the 600 block at 1:35 a.m. Wednesday. The woman asked to be taken to the hospital and was transported to Mission Hospital Laguna Beach.

Ocean Way: A sea lion was reportedly beached at Woods Cove in the 1900 block at 11:20 a.m. April 6. The person reported that it looked injured and sick. It was turned over to the Marine Mammal Center.
Cress Street: A tree was found split in half and was resting on electrical wires in the 700 block at 1:40 p.m. April 6.
Moss Street: A Newport Coast man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near South Coast Highway at 11:01 p.m. April 7.
Brooks Street: A Villa Park man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 200 block at 11:55 p.m. April 7.
Cress Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 300 block at 2:03 a.m. Saturday.
Mountain Road: An Irvine woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near South Coast Highway at 10:37 p.m. Saturday. It was her second DUI arrest in the last 10 years.
Thalia Street: An Anaheim man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 200 block at 3:09 a.m. Sunday.
Anita Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested for public intoxication near South Coast Highway at 4:47 p.m. Sunday.
Bluebird Canyon: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 700 block at 1:42 a.m. Monday.
Solana Way: A hit-and-run causing $9,000 in damages was reported near South Coast Highway at 11:10 a.m. Monday.
Tia Juana Street: A burglary was reported in the 1000 block at 1:22 p.m. Monday. A person pretending to be the deceased owner’s relative was let in by workers and stole $10,000 to $15,000 worth of items.
Terrace Way: A woman reported that she was being harassed by her boyfriend in the 1400 block at 7:25 a.m. Tuesday. He was threatening to release nude photos of her on the Internet.
Bluebird Canyon: A woman reported that her neighbor’s dog runs loose at night in the 200 block at 2:16 p.m. Tuesday. She put dog bones in her mailbox and the following day it was broken. She saw paw prints around the mailbox.
South Coast Highway: A homeless woman threw a salt shaker and a drink at a Starbucks employee in the 100 block at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday. She also damaged retail items.
South Coast Highway: A person reported seeing three people shooting heroin in the 1400 block at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday. One was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Bay Drive: A sick raccoon was reported in the 100 block at 10:04 a.m. Sunday.
South Coast Highway: An unknown suspect reportedly threw a bottle of whiskey, which was filled with oil, at a window in the 3000 block at 8:24 a.m. Monday. The caller thought it was a hate crime, but authorities confirmed it was not.
South Coast Highway: A woman was reportedly under the influence while dining at the Loft in the 3000 block at 9:04 p.m. Monday. She was with a child and the host said she saw her take pills. Authorities came and took her back to the station, where her sister picked them up.
