Area 1
North Coast Highway: A person reported that three or four women were urinating on a building in the 100 block at 2:52 a.m. Saturday.
San Joaquin Street: A tenant reportedly cleaned out a house after they were evicted in the 200 block at 5:04 p.m. Monday. The owner reported $50,000 in losses.
Chiquita Street: A person reported elder abuse in the 200 block at 5:41 p.m. Monday.

Area 2
Laguna Canyon Road: An 8-year-old hitchhiker was reported near El Toro at 3:29 p.m. Monday. Authorities were unable to locate.

La Vista Drive: A person reported that their neighbor threatened to kill him and his dog in the 800 block at 10:24 a.m. May 11.
Legion Street: A Costa Mesa woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near South Coast Highway at 3:46 p.m. May 11. A person reported seeing her vehicle weaving back and forth and driving on the wrong side of the road prior to her arrest.
Legion Street: A Riverside woman was arrested for an outstanding warrant for grand theft charges near South Coast Highway at 2:32 p.m. May 12.
South Coast Highway: A male subject was reportedly threatening customers in the 400 block at 12:33 p.m. May 13. A person reported he was challenging people to fight him. The Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.
South Coast Highway: An elderly male was reportedly asking people for money on Main Beach at 4:45 p.m. May 13. When asked why he needed money, he told the reporting person that he was running for president.
Park Avenue: A woman reportedly took her husband’s wallet and phone in the 900 block at 4:18 p.m. Saturday. When he tried to leave, he reported that she jumped on the hood of his car to stop him.
Mountain View Drive: A person reported that a male suspect was running through backyards with what appeared to be a shotgun in the 2900 block at 7:49 p.m. Saturday. The subjects were later found to be juveniles with airsoft rifles. They were released to their parents.
Temple Hills Drive: A transit bus was reported on fire near Rim Rock Canyon Road at 7:04 a.m. Monday. There were no injuries and the fire was out when authorities arrived.
Broadway: A San Marino man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 200 block at 9:14 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 4
Highland Way: A person reported that three males were trying to break into his home in the 2700 block at 11:45 p.m. May 12. He reported seeing one of the males inside of his residence. He chased all three out of his home, where he saw them walking toward downtown on South Coast Highway. He believed they fled in a white taxi van.
South Coast Highway: A San Juan Capistrano man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 1300 block at 12:32 a.m. May 13.
Solana Way: A San Clemente woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near South Coast Highway at 1:08 a.m. May 13.
Oak Street: A person reported that a neurologically impaired rat was on their deck in the 700 block at 4:16 a.m. May 13.
Diamond Street: A Lake Forest man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near South Coast Highway at 8:06 p.m. May 13. He had two prior DUI convictions. Bail was set at $15,000.

Area 5
Camel Point Drive: A Rancho Santa Fe man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI and a hit-and-run near South Coast Highway at 2:28 a.m. Sunday.
Ninth Avenue: Domestic violence was reported in the 31000 block at 2:34 a.m. Sunday. A woman reported that her roommate punched her in the face and grabbed her arm. She said they were engaged at one point but were now broken up.
