Coroner seeks to ID body found in surf in H.B.
The Coroner’s Division of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the family of a man who was found floating in Bolsa Chica State Beach.
The man, who is believed to be of Hispanic or Middle Eastern descent, was found floating in the surf on June 9 at the shoreline near Tower 19 and transported to Huntington Beach Hospital where he later died, according to a release from the coroner’s office.
He was between 25 and 35 years old, 6 feet tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
