OCC putting on ‘Scene Night’ for free

Orange Coast College students are putting on free performances of “Scene Night” the weekend of Sept. 28 and 29.

The show will include several short dramatic and comedic scenes pulled from both modern and classical pieces.

Performances run at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 28 and 29 with a matinee performance at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 29 in the OCC Drama Lab Studio Theatre, 2701 Fairview Road. The content is appropriate only for mature audiences.

Parking is free on the weekends.

OCC’s theater department is also looking for actors for the upcoming performance of “Tres Hermanas.”

Auditions begin at 7 p.m. Sept. 25 in Drama Lab 101.
