AREA 1
Diamond Drive: Grand theft was reported in the 5400 block at 10 a.m. Friday. The caller reported approximately $900 worth of lawn lighting and equipment were taken from her front yard overnight.
Beach Boulevard: Vandalism was reported in the 16300 block at 8:26 p.m. Friday. The caller said three men were walking down the street, spraying graffiti as they went, including Verizon, Burger King and some newspaper racks.
Saturn Drive: Breaking and entering was reported in the 7200 block at 12:08 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported someone had pried the lock to his apartment and had taken some snow board gear and a surf board.
Bolsa Avenue: Breaking and entering was reported in the 5500 block at 2:27 p.m. Sunday. The caller reported someone had broken into a storage area on his property by cutting a hole through the dry wall. He said he didn’t find anything to be missing.

Chapel Lane: Identity theft was reported in the 18700 block at 2:08 p.m. Friday. The caller reported someone had attempted to open numerous accounts under his name and Social Security number but under a different address.
Barton Drive: A fight between approximately eight males in their 20s was reported in the 7700 block at 2:09 a.m. Saturday.
Constantine Drive: An attempted suicide was reported in the 8000 block at 9:03 p.m. Saturday. The caller claimed to have taken two bottles of pills and drank a bottle of alcohol. The officers responded to the address but were unable to contact the reporting party after repeated knocks on the door.

Delaware Street: Vandalism was reported in the 2300 block at 8 a.m. Friday.
Crest Avenue: Breaking and entering was reported in the 600 block at 10:33 p.m. Friday. The caller reported someone had entered the home through a back window and taken a laptop, iPod and ransacked a jewelry box. The items were valued at $4,300.
Shoreline Lane: Misdemeanor assault was reported in the 19100 block at 11:48 a.m. Saturday. The caller reported he’d been hit a “bunch of times in the face,” suffered a swollen lip and bump on his head but was fine. Responding officers classified it as a “mutual combat situation” and documented the assault, but the reporting party chose not to press charges.

Dolphin Drive: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported in the 8600 block at 3:24 p.m. Sunday.
Brookhurst Street: Assault was reported in the 19800 block at 2:28 a.m. Monday. The caller reported her sister was hitting her mother.

Brookhurst and Ellis Avenue: A suspected drunk driver was pulled over at 9:22 p.m. Friday.
Magnolia Street: Grand theft was reported in the 16000 block at 11:25 a.m. Monday.

El Campo Avenue: Identity theft was reported in the 10600 block of at 9:36 a.m. Monday.
La Ballena Circle: Petty theft was reported in the 10300 block at 2:12 p.m. Monday.
Brookhurst Street: A robbery was reported in the 17200 block at 8:59 p.m. Monday.
