Marina High makes giving blood easy

Giving doesn’t get much more personal than donating blood.

Marina High School is hosting a blood drive from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.

The aptly but grossly named UCI Medical Center Blood Mobile will be in front of the school that day. Donors must be at least 17, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. They must have eaten breakfast the morning of the donation and not have had any piercing or tattoos in the last year.
