‘Shenanigans’ win chili cook-off fair and square

Craig Brown and his family from Orange, also known as the LBL Shenanigans, won the top prize at the 2013 Chili at the Beach competition June 15.

Brown and his family won $500 at the cook-off, claiming the judge’s choice award, acccording to Huntington Beach Business Improvement District manager Susan Welfringer.

The Pacific Coast Hoop Youth Basketball League in Huntington Beach won the people’s choice award, earning a plaque in the process.
