Umami opening Wednesday

Los Angeles-based Umami Burger is opening its 11th location in Laguna Beach on Wednesday.

The restaurant, at 610 N. Coast Hwy., will open to the public at 1 p.m.

Umami, a Japanese word for “fifth taste,” bases its menu off the theme.

The Laguna restaurant is set to have a distinctive look, feel and menu from its other locations, according to an earlier Coastline Pilot story.

It’ll also have a full bar.
