Laguna Beach home touted as ‘supervillian lair’ by Forbes

It’s a home “any supervillian would love,” at least according to Forbes, which listed 14 unusual and unique properties, including 32013 Point Place in Laguna Beach.

The $10-million home is on the market, according to its listing agent Coldwell Banker. It’s hidden from street view, with only a sign —”you have arrived at the Floating Glass Home” — and a wooden garage door off a private road.

The home was built on a cliff “with 180 degree views of the coastline,” and “the main house is comprised of glass curtain walls and cantilevered floors that jut out over the ocean below, giving the impression of home ‘floating’ above the beach below it.”
