The Tritons have dismantled opponents throughout the postseason. In three games against Riverside Ramona, Los Angeles Sacred Heart and Shalhevet, Pacifica Christian’s average margin of victory has been 56.7 points.

Pacifica Christian was a top seed when it lost to Woodland Hills Louisville in the Division 5A final 57-49 last season.

“They’re so excited,” Pacifica Christian coach Chyanne Butler said of her team’s return to the CIF finals. “Just to see them cheer each other on and just want this really bad and the work they’re putting in, you could see it and you could feel the energy. This is something they really want. They want to get a ring. They want to play for each other, and it’s just awesome to be around.”
