ARROYO GRANDE — Costa Mesa High split four games to finish 13th in the 22-team event completed Saturday.

The Mustangs topped Buena, 10-6, and Nipomo, 9-5, after falling to Rio Mesa, 11-7, and Roosevelt, 16-6.

Junior Kellie Thorsness had 20 goals overall, while sophomore Kaitlyn Hill had 37 blocks, seven steals and four assists in the tournament.

Aubry Hill had 12 assists, 13 steals and four goals.

The Mustangs play host to Estancia on Wednesday at 3:15 p.m.
