CHINO HILLS — Estancia High junior Jake Knapp shot two-under-par 70 to tie for second as the Eagles were 12th as a team on Monday at Tijeras Creek Golf Club.

Courtland Lee (78) and Aaron Wood (81) also stood out for the Eagles.

Central Team Divisional

LAKEWOOD — Newport Harbor senior Marcus Kiel shot seven-over-par 79, and the Sailors (411) finished ninth out of 20 teams at Lakewood Country Club and did not advance to the section teams finals.

Los Alamitos (388) won.

Carter Norris shot 80 for the Sailors, followed by Brad Tapfer (81), Zach Eddy (84) and Tyler Tashiro (87).
