NEWPORT BEACH — Seniors Megan Bathen and Kaitlyn Cosenza swept at No. 1 doubles, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, to help lead the Sailors to the nonleague win Thursday.
Junior Kate Knight won two of three sets at No. 1 singles. Seniors Kelsey Christensen and Lexy DeSantis won two of three sets at No. 2 doubles for Newport Harbor (2-3), which plays in the Sage Hill tournament Friday at The Tennis Club Newport Beach.

Seniors Brooke Thomas and Serena Kao won two of three sets at No. 1 doubles for Estancia (1-3), which plays at Orange on Tuesday.
