FOUNTAIN VALLEY — Grace Ferrell shot a one-over-par 37 for the Sailors in their Sunset League opener Thursday at Mile Square Golf Course.
Tara Hanna (43), Christina Ferraro (50), Hannah Perry (51) and Tahya Corona (55) scored for Newport Harbor (1-4, 0-1 in league), which had its best score of the season.
Edison’s Jennifer Yu shot 34 to earn medalist honors.
