COSTA MESA — Estancia High’s Cassie Stevenson was second individually, shooting seven-over-par 78 on Monday at the Costa Mesa Country Club’s Mesa Linda course.

Newport Harbor was second as a team (443), while Estancia (494) was fourth among five teams.

DANA POINT — Leah Van Dyke paced Newport Harbor High, finishing fifth in the sophomore race by completing the three-mile course in 18 minutes, 20 seconds on Saturday.

Other sophomore finishers included Ashly Ima (16th in 19:01), Katelyn Mead (26th in 19:30) and Berkley VanOostendorp (38th in 20:07).

Makena Owen was 15th in the senior race (18:54),

Katherine Maddox (ninth in 18:48), Maggie Goodson (11th in 19:00) and Megan Farley (31st in 19:56) competed in the junior race.
