KENTFIELD — Nino Chavez recorded six goals and three groundballs in the Sea Kings’ shutout on the road Thursday.

Goalies Hoyt Crance and Nick Guizen combined for five saves for CdM (10-0), ranked No. 2 in the state by laxpower.com.

Max Kline finished with three goals, two assists and a groundball. Sherwin Gersten added two goals, an assist and a groundball.

Jason Simaan won 12 faceoffs, while Brett Greenlee and Ryan Brown had two groundballs apiece.
