Estancia to hold free basketball clinics

The Estancia High boys’ and girls’ basketball programs are holding free basketball clinics on campus on Monday and Wednesday nights, from Sept. 16 to Oct. 2.

The clinics are intended for fifth-, sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders and will provide individual instruction and conditioning to help develop the skills and attitude needed to play basketball.

The clinics are scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. for fifth- and sixth-graders and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for seventh- and eighth-graders. Boys’ coach Agustin Heredia and girls’ co-coaches Xavier Castellano and Judd Fryslie will coach the clinics.
