Breakdown: The Sailors try to avoid their second straight loss to open Sunset League play, and fifth straight overall, in the road game at Huntington Beach ... Newport Harbor, which lost to Fountain Valley, 51-10, in the league opener last week, has lost four in a row for the first time since 1995, when the skid hit five games ... Huntington Beach opened league last week with a 32-0 win over Marina ... Neither team is ranked in the CIF Southern Section West Valley Division, and the only Sunset League team that is ranked is Edison (3-3, 1-0) at No. 9 .... Newport Harbor is 3-3 against Huntington Beach since the Oilers joined the Sunset League in 2010, a mark that includes Huntington’s 42-28 win in the 2013 Southwest Division title game at Angel Stadium ... The Sailors edged the Oilers, 52-48, in the league opener last season, holding on for the win on Keaton Cablay’s game-ending interception in the end zone ...
