CdM’s St. Geme, Flamson earn first-team All-Pacific Coast League laurels

Corona del Mar High junior point guard Bo St. Geme and senior guard Blake Flamson made the first-team All-Pacific Coast League after the boys’ basketball team shared the league championship.

St. Geme and Flamson helped the Sea Kings (20-7, 8-2 in league) finish first in league for the first time in three seasons. The league title was the fifth won by CdM in Coach Ryan Schachter’s eight seasons at the helm.

The Sea Kings’ season ended in the second round of the CIF Southern Section Division 3AA playoffs.

On a balanced offensive attack, St. Geme averaged 10.2 points per game. He averaged 3.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.4 three-pointers per game.

St. Geme made 84% of his free throws (36 of 43).

Flamson averaged 8.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game.

Corona del Mar junior forward Kevin Fults is a second-team pick.

Woodbridge’s Michael Scarlett took home the Pacific Coast League MVP award.
