Breakdown: Costa Mesa (3-1) is on the road for the third time in four games … Savanna (2-1) had a bye last week, giving it two weeks to prepare for Costa Mesa … Mustangs have won their past four games by a combined eight points … Rebels are trying to start 3-1 for the first time in three years … Costa Mesa last began the season 4-1 in 2015, in coach Glen Fisher’s debut season with the Mustangs … Savanna has missed the CIF Southern Section playoffs the last six years.
