Los Amigos tandem makes All-Garden Grove League in boys’ basketball
Los Amigos High sophomore guard Brian Pacheco and junior guard Steven Ruelas made the All-Garden Grove League first team in boys’ basketball.
The Lobos (9-17, 1-9 in league) shared fifth place in the league.
Garden Grove junior Sebastian Castro was named the Garden Grove League MVP, while La Quinta junior Michael Nadeau was the Offensive Player of the Year.
La Quinta senior Nathan Le and Garden Grove senior Kevin Lizalde shared the Defensive Player of the Year award.
The Coach of the Year went to Bolsa Grande’s Scott Snyder.
