Breakdown: The Vikings have a home game for their season opener against the Dolphins … Marina is coming off a 4-6 season that included the Vikings’ first 3-0 start since 2000 and also the team’s first Sunset League win since 2004, as Marina defeated Fountain Valley 35-7 to snap a 60-game losing streak in league … Green returns as starting quarterback for Marina, which won at Dana Hills, 34-14, in last year’s season opener … Green passed for 1,496 yards, 15 touchdowns and five interceptions last season. His top receiver, Noah Holmes, graduated but Brandon Savea is a top senior returner at receiver … Dana Hills went 1-9 last year, including an 0-4 mark in the Sea View League.
