Breakers hosting two youth baseball camps
Laguna Beach High baseball will host a camp for youth ages 5 to 11 starting June 12 at Skipper Carrillo Field. Camp runs between 5 to 7 p.m. daily through June 26. The cost is $180 per camper.
The program also will host a baseball camp for incoming players (grades 7-8) starting July 10 at Skipper Carrillo Field. Camp runs 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays through July 26. The cost is $180 per camper.

Youth volleyball clinics open
900sqft Volleyball Club of Laguna Beach has started its spring volleyball 4 Fun Clinics for boys and girls grades K-through-3. Clinics run from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sundays through June 24. No clinic will be held Memorial Day weekend. Clinics cover all fundamentals and are staffed by former college athletes and coaches. The cost is $155.

Beach tourney play resumes June 16
The Laguna Open Volleyball Tournament resumes June 16 with the 54th annual Men’s Open. The tournament is seeking volunteers to serve as line judges during pool play and the playoffs. Volunteers will receive a T-shirt, gift certificate and front row seats to the tournament. Competition will take place in both AAA and Open level divisions.
The city’s summer volleyball schedule is as follows: June 16: Laguna Open Men’s; June 17: Laguna King and Queen of the Beach; July 5: Girls’ 14-and-Under Doubles; July 12: Girls 16U Doubles. Other upcoming tournaments scheduled include a men’s and women’s tournament in October, and the Polar Bear Men’s tournament in December.
