For the Record: In the Aug. 2 story “SchoolPower gets new leader,” a sub-headline should have read, “Robin Rounaghi has been hired to fill SchoolPower’s top job.” The original wording incorrectly started that Rounaghi was hired for “the school’s” top job. SchoolPower is a nonprofit organization, independent of the Laguna Beach Unified School District. In addition, the same article incorrectly reported that Rounaghi helped secure $70,174 for classroom instruction. In fact, SchoolPower Endowment raised the money.
