Home prices: The June 7 Biz-News item, “Pavilion Park home sales hit 500,” misstated home prices. The article should have said homes are going for $700,000 to $1.5 million, not $41.5 million.

Senior Center: A June 8 story, “City might take over senior center,” incorrectly said staff wanted the city to “circumvent” an agreement with the Costa Mesa Senior Center. In fact, staff wants the city to not pursue the agreement it had drafted with the center. Also, the senior center staff canceled the brown bag service, not the city staff, and the city is not acquiring the center, since it already owns it. Associated costs are for a city management takeover of the center, not an acquisition.
