Man exposes himself to a woman at a Costa Mesa gym; suspect arrested
Police arrested a man suspected of exposing himself to a woman at a gym at The Triangle shopping complex in Costa Mesa, authorities said Thursday.
Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure at a 24 Hour Fitness at 1870 Harbor Blvd. at 11:48 a.m. Wednesday, Costa Mesa police Sgt. Bang Le said.
A woman was working out in the gym when a man who was walking outside peered in through a window, pulled out his penis and began fondling himself, Le said.
Shortly after the incident, Johnny Jose Balladares, 21, of Santa Ana was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, Le said.
