Baker Street: Grand theft was reported in the 600 block at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

East 17th Street: Petty theft of a bicycle was reported in the 100 block at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Harbor Boulevard: Grand theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1800 block at 9:14 p.m. Tuesday.

Harbor Boulevard: Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported in the 1900 block at 12:31 a.m. Wednesday.

West 19th Street: Drinking in public was reported in the 700 block at 12:46 a.m. Wednesday.
