CYPRESS — Finley Garnett scored 25 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Eagles in a consolation game of the Oxford Academy Tournament.

Maya Van Den Heever scored nine points to go with six assists

Nefertiti Van Den Heever added seven points, six assists and nine rebounds for Estancia.

Sage Hill 69, LA Adventist Academy 43

GARDEN GROVE — Chance Kuehnel had 15 points, 12 rebounds and six steals for the Lightning to close out the Orangewood Academy Spartan Classic on Friday.

Brett Super had 12 points, four rebounds and four steals for Sage Hill (2-3).

GARDEN GROVE — Evan Pettingill scored 13 points to lead the Eagles in the semifinals of the Los Amigos tournament on Friday.

Cameron Jones added nine points for Estancia (2-2).

The Eagles will play for third place against Pacifica Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA — Freshman Emily Johnson scored her first high school goal for the Sailors in Friday’s Brentwood Tournament opener.

Sianna Siemonsma assisted Johnson’s goal. Sophomore goalie Ryah Montano made 15 saves for Newport Harbor (1-1-1).
