Boys’ Water Polo: Sage trio on first team

Sage Hill School senior Wyatt Manolakas, junior Zane Drobenko and sophomore Adam Watson have earned first-team All-Academy League honors for boys’ water polo.

The trio helped Sage Hill finish 10-13 and 2-1 in league, good for second place in the four-team league. Sage Hill lost to St. John Bosco, 7-3, in the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division 4 playoffs.

Sage seniors Justin Sung and Paige Solaas, as well as sophomore Michael Vaden, earned second-team honors.

Mitchell Fargo of league champion Webb was named the Academy League MVP.
