Breakdown: The Oilers suffered their first loss under new coach Brett Brown last week when they fell to San Clemente, 38-13, in their home opener…QB Petersen, a transfer from Mission Viejo, became eligible to play for the Titans just two days before leading Tesoro to a 14-13 overtime win over La Habra…Petersen threw a 12-yard TD to Joe Morenc in overtime and Joe Rizkallah’s extra-point kick edged La Habra…Thomas has six sacks in two games for the Oilers…The Oilers will honor Richard Allen (Al) Seaberry, a former HBHS student (1948-1950) and U.S. Navy/Korean War veteran, during “Hero Night,” at halftime. The event will be a special graduation ceremony for Seaberry, who will receive an honorary high school diploma, since he left HBHS to fight in the war…The game will be streamed live at www.nfhsnetwork.com.
