Hungry? These Glendale restaurants have to-go options during the coronavirus outbreak
While restaurants in Glendale were ordered to close their dining rooms in order to slow the spread of the coronavirus, that hasn’t stopped some local eateries from continuing to make food and offering their meals to go.
Restaurants are considered essential businesses under Los Angeles County’s Safer at Home order and allowed to operate if meals are only made for takeout, delivery or curbside pickup.
Here is a list, as of April 7, of restaurants in the city that offer to-go meals and some establishments that have alcohol customers can take with them. A few restaurants that offer online ordering and delivery do so through third-party apps like Postmates and Uber Eats.
Some restaurants operating under these new guidelines may only offer a truncated version of their menus or are operating on limited hours. Be sure to check if a restaurant is still open before ordering.
