Torosyan is suspected of breaking into and stealing mostly cash from several businesses, including the Crystal Shrine jewelry store, La Bamba restaurant, Ritz Celebration Hall, Boba Loca, Burbank Bar and Grille, Oasis Nail Spa and Beauty World.
