BLAINE DAVIS LARSEN

Blaine Davis Larsen died May 22, 2000, at his home in Montrose.

He was born in Logan, Utah, and lived in Montrose for more than 40

years.

Mr. Larsen was employed as a heavy equipment operator for more than 40

years and was a member of the La Canada 2nd Ward L.D.S. Church.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Montrose; daughters, Patty

Scranton, Darlene Slater and Meladee Johnson; son, Don; son, Winston of

La Crescenta; step-children, Cindy Lakin and Brad DeHore; 13

grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services were held May 25 at Glenhaven Memorial Park.

KEGHANOUSH MARDIKIAN

Keghanoush Mardikian, 61, died May 23, 2000, in a Glendale hospital.

Mrs. Mardikian was born in Israel. She lived in Glendale for 12 years,

and was a caregiver at the Ararat Retirement Home for 23 years.

Mrs. Mardikian is survived by her husband, Hovanes; daughter, Varsenik

Sarkissian; sons, Khatchik and Harout; and five grandchildren.

Services were held May 27 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood

Hills.

WANDA V. WHITTEN

Wanda V. Whitten, 76, died May 23, 2000, in a Montrose hospital.

She was born in Glendale and lived in the city for 42 years.

Mrs. Whitten worked as a homemaker for 54 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Jerri DiPrima of Sun Valley; son,

Gregory Whitten; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services were held May 26 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood

Hills.
