DENNIS JOSEPH VAN DYCK
Dennis Joseph Van Dyck, 73, a doctor of chiropractic medicine for
more than 40 years, died Nov. 30, 2002, at his La Canada Flintridge
home.
Mr. Van Dyck was born Dec. 10, 1928, in Des Moines.
He served with the occupational forces after World War II with the
U.S. Army.
He graduated in 1951 from Palmer Chiropractic College in
Davenport, Iowa. In 1952, he married Renee Deloris De Camp.
In 1952, he moved to the foothills, and in 1953 he opened his
chiropractic practice in La Crescenta.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 280, the National
Rifle Assn. and the International Chiropractic Assn.
He is survived by his wife, Renee; sons, Dennis, Joseph, Adam,
Aaron and Amen; daughters, Christine Clark and Julie Van Dyck; six
grandchildren; and brothers, James and Paul.
A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Bede The
Venerable Church in La Canada Flintridge.
Burial will be private.
Crippen Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
