A casual, sit-down Vietnamese-centric restaurant called 9021pho is now open adjacent to what will soon be a completely renovated entrance to the Glendale Galleria. Chef Kimmy Tang, a partner on the project, is well-known in the culinary world for her unique, health-conscious approach.
