ICYMI: The 99th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide will be commemorated over the next several days with events planned in Glendale, Pasadena, Hollywood and the Los Angeles area.
Burbank police raised roughly $2,500 for the Special Olympics on Thursday by waiting on tables and serving food at the annual “Tip-A-Cop” event, officials said.
- McKinley Elementary School will house a portion of Burbank Unified’s Spanish dual-language immersion program, established this year at Disney Elementary, beginning in the fall with a kindergarten class half made up of native English speakers and the other half native Spanish speakers.
