Raiford first at inaugural BMX Street Invitational
Twenty BMX athletes battled it out in Huntington Beach on Saturday for a total of $37,500 in prize money at the inaugural BMX Street Invitational.
The event, held at Vans Off the Wall Skatepark in Huntington Beach, included biking competitions that use different platforms like stairs, ramps, rails and even palm trees.

Broc Raiford, 22, of Lousiana earned first place overall, in addition to first place in the section one and three competitions.
German BMX rider Bruno Hoffmann took second place overall while Devon Smillie placed in third.
