Homecoming Celebration at St. Francis High School

St. Francis High School celebrated its 2006 Homecoming with a victorious football game and the presentation of the Homecoming Court on Friday evening, Oct. 27. Kacie Mele, a senior at Mayfield, was crowned Homecoming Queen during the half-time ceremonies of the St. Francis-Alemany game on Friedman Field.

Kacie’s court members included seniors Caroline Burkard of Mayfield, and Celina Schulenburg, Katie Barbaro and Isabel Rivera from Flintridge Sacred Heart.

Members of the St. Francis senior class chosen as Court escorts were Ethan Hacker, Brent Meaglia, Sean Menton, Aris Onuma, and Matt Quintero. Senior Ryan Fielding was chosen to escort last year’s Queen, Nicole Cagampan, also a graduate of Flintridge Sacred Heart and currently a freshman at UC Irvine.

The Homecoming celebration continued Saturday evening with a semi-formal dance held at the campus outside on the patio under the oaks. The theme for the evening was “Fright Night.”
