La Cañada Crime: Disneyland tickets stolen in vehicle burglary

March 1-13
Vandalism: Gould Canyon Trail, before 12:57 p.m. on March 13. A city employee reported that several signs, rocks and a concrete wall along the trail were covered with graffiti. The rocks and signs vandalized are worth about $1,100.
March 26
Possession of a controlled substance: 1100 block of Foothill Blvd., 2:34 a.m. A 29-year-old Los Angeles woman was arrested for possessing methamphetamine and marijuana.
April 1
Burglary: 663 Foothill Blvd., 3:15 p.m. Two women stole several purses and shoes from the T.J. Maxx store, worth $5,740. Authorities obtained the store’s video surveillance.
April 2
Auto burglary: 1000 block of Foothill Blvd., 4:55 p.m. A purse, wallet, Disneyland tickets and $100 in cash were stolen from a locked vehicle.
April 6
Residential burglary: 4800 block of Ocean View Blvd., before 11 p.m. A black BMW 7 Series sedan was stolen from a residential garage. A key to the car was found on the ground and other items in the house were moved around.
April 7
Petty theft: 623 Foothill Blvd., 9:20 a.m. A wallet with credit cards, a driver’s license, King’s hockey tickets and other items were stolen from a counter at a Chevron gas station.
April 9
Residential burglary: 1300 block of Descanso Drive, before 10:16 a.m. Front glass door shattered.

April 2
Residential burglary: 2700 block of Prospect Ave., before 5 p.m. An Apple MacBook Pro laptop and XBox game console were stolen.
April 3-4
Auto burglary: 2900 block of Franklin St., before 4:30 p.m. on April 4. TomTom navigation device stolen from locked vehicle.
April 4
Auto burglary: 2700 block of Fairmount Ave., before 10:15 a.m. Front passenger door on locked car smashed, glove box damaged. Sunglasses stolen.
April 8
Residential burglary: 2700 block of El Caminito Ave., before 3 p.m. Dell laptop and jewelry stolen from home. Front glass door found smashed.
Montrose
April 3
Possession of methamphetamine: 2400 block of Florencita Ave., 9:31 p.m. A 51-year-old Montrose man was arrested after officers stopped him for riding a bicycle without headlights. A glass pipe and a bag containing a white substance resembling meth was found one of the man’s socks.
