Sports Roundup: La Cañada boys’ basketball continues undefeated run
BOYS’ BASKETBALL
La Cañada 72, Temple City 59: The Spartans continued their undefeated run through the Rio Hondo League with a road victory Tuesday evening.
Sean Estes tallied a game-high 23 points and added seven rebounds and six blocks for La Cañada (23-4, 9-0), which received 22 points, six rebounds and four assists from Justin Kouyoumdjian. Ryan Graves also added 10 points for the Spartans.

Flintridge Prep 9, Firebaugh 0: Flintridge Prep picked up a Prep League road win Monday to finish the regular season at 19-3-3, 8-1-1 in league.
Alemany 2, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 1: The Tologs dropped a home Mission League match Monday at Occidental College. Flintridge Sacred Heart dipped to 9-5-1, 3-4 in league.

La Cañada 9, Temple City 1: The Spartans tallied eight second-half goals in crushing the host Rams in a Rio Hondo League contest Tuesday afternoon.
With the victory, La Cañada (10-4-5, 7-0-2, 23 points) maintains a two-point advantage over South Pasadena (7-2 in league, 21 points) heading into Thursday’s showdown between the two teams in La Cañada for the league title.
GIRLS’ WATER POLO
Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 5, Louisville 4: The Tologs (11-9, 4-3 in Mission League) picked up a victory in a Mission League Tournament match Tuesday.
FSHA will now play Harvard-Westlake in the tournament semifinals finals.
