Looking over the baseball rosters on Monday night, there was confusion. Orange Lutheran had a junior named Dylan Palmer. Huntington Beach had a junior named Dylan Palmer.

Was it a mistake? Did a player transfer to the other school and no one fixed it? Could there really be two Dylan Palmers?

Yes, there’s two Dylan Palmers. Huntington Beach’s Dylan Palmer started at first base. Orange Lutheran’s Dylan Palmer didn’t play. He’s a catcher who’s injured.

They didn’t know each other but I just had to introduce Dylan Palmer to Dylan Palmer after the game to get a photo.

There’s always next season to have two Dylan Palmers in the game at the same time.
