Crescenta Valley baseball standout decides to play quarterback
It’s easy to figure out who’s the hot pitcher these days in the Southern Section baseball playoffs. Just see if they have signed with UCLA.
There’s Peter Lambert of San Dimas. He has thrown two shutouts in the Division 3 playoffs to help his team reach the semifinals.
There’s Brian Gadsby of Crescenta Valley. He’s thrown two complete games, allowing one run, to help the Falcons reach the Division 2 semifinals.
There’s Jack Ralston of Hart. He has a shutout and was the winning pitcher in eliminating No. 1 JSerra on Friday to help the Indians reach the Division 1 semifinals.
UCLA fans will be giving them an eight-clap if they all make it to next week’s championshp games.
