Football: St. Bonaventure begins search for new coach
St. Bonaventure’s interim football coach, John Muller, said Saturday he will not pursue the position and will remain as athletic director.
The school is opening up the position and will look for candidates through January.
St. Bonaventure might have more top quarterbacks in its program than any other school in the Southland. Back in 2014 is Ricky Town, an Alabama commit who will be a senior. Also back is junior Darius Vines, who was impressive playing quarterback for three games when Town was injured.
And there’s Ladell Atkins, who guided the freshman team to a 10-0 record.
