Football: Time Warner Cable announces TV games
Time Warner Cable Community announced its prep football TV schedule on Monday.
The game between Chaminade and host Venice on Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. will lead off the schedule. The game will be shown live.
Other confirmed games: Sept. 12, Alemany at Narbonne; Sept. 19, Chaminade at Birmingham; Sept. 26, Eastlake at St. Augustine; Oct. 3, St. John Bosco at Crenshaw; Oct. 17, Mission Hills at Oceanside; Nov. 7, Roosevelt vs. Garfield.
Time Warner Cable’s SportsNet will televise the Honor Bowl games on Sept. 5 and 6 from Oceanside High.
Time Warner has signed contracts with the City Section and San Diego Section.
