Track: Courtney Corrin has top mark at World Youth Championships
Sophomore Courtney Corrin of Harvard-Westlake, already considered the best youth long jumper in America, is trying to become the best in the world.
She recorded the top mark in the women’s long jump at 20 feet, 8 1/2 inches in the qualifying for the World Youth Championships in Ukraine. She goes for gold on Sunday.
