Track & Field: Norman sets Arcadia record in 400 meters
Michael Norman, a junior from Vista Murrieta, ran the Invitational 400 meters in a national-leading 45.91 seconds, breaking the meet record at the Arcadia Invitational.
Norman’s effort is the 10th fastest all-time in state history. Hawthorne’s Henry Thomas clocked 45.09 to set the California record in 1985.
