Fairfax’s Ethan Anderson, the City Section basketball player of the year, commits to USC
Ethan Anderson of Fairfax has become the latest top local basketball player to commit to USC. The City Section player of the year made the announcement Friday via Twitter.
He had been previously committed to UNLV until a coaching change.
Anderson, a senior point guard, led Fairfax to the City Section Open Division championship. He arrived as a freshman four years ago and has improved every season.
He adds to a strong local class of recruits that includes Onyeka Okongwu of Chino Hills, Drake London of Moorpark, Isaiah Mobley of Rancho Christian and Max Agbonkpolo of Santa Margarita. That’s an all-star starting five of Southern California’s best players.
