Up next for the Ducks: Sunday vs. Minnesota
When: 5 p.m.
Where: Honda Center.
On the air: TV: Prime Ticket; Radio: 830.
Records: Ducks 7-13-5, Wild 16-7-3.
Update: Can Game 2 of the Bruce Boudreau era possibly match the opener? With the Ducks, almost anything seems possible this season. They blew a 3-0 lead, abandoned their discipline and lost, 4-3, to Philadelphia in overtime Friday night. The Ducks made a small roster move, recalling left wing Jean-Francois Jacques from Syracuse (N.Y.) of the American Hockey League. Meanwhile, it’s a significantly different story in Minnesota. The Northwest Division-leading Wild is the model of consistency, off to the best start in franchise history, with 35 points after 26 games.
