Cal State Fullerton pulls away from Southern Illinois Edwardsville

Cal State Fullerton 79, at Southern Illinois Edwardsville 57: D.J. Seeley scored 24 points and Isiah Umipig added 18 as the Titans (4-3) never trailed. Kwame Vaughn had 15 points and nine rebounds for Fullerton. Cal State Fullerton had a 45-41 lead in the second half when Umipig sparked a 17-7 run with two three-pointers. Mark Yelovich scored 14 points for the Cougars (1-5).

at Pepperdine 73, Hawaii 67: Corbin Moore scored 17 points to lead four players in double figures for the Waves (4-3), who pulled away from a 31-31 tie at halftime. Taylor Darby added 16 points and six rebounds.

at UC Irvine 99, San Diego 78: Michael Wilder made all seven of his shots from the field and scored 19 points as the Anteaters (1-6) shot 62% and picked up their first victory. Wilder added eight rebounds and tied his career high with seven assists. The Toreros fell to 4-3.

at Santa Clara 71, Cal State Northridge 58: Kevin Foster scored 20 points, including four three-pointers, to lead the Broncos (5-2). Stephan Hicks scored 18 points for the Matadors (1-6) before fouling out with 1:17 remaining.

St. Mary’s 59, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 54: Rob Jones had 18 points and 12 rebounds and the Gaels (5-1) made four free throws in the final seconds to hold on. David Hanson led the Mustangs (5-3) with 15 points.

Columbia 72, North Texas 57: Meiko Lyles scored 18 points and Brian Barbour added 17 to lift the Lions.
